A notice published in The Gazette states that HMRC presented a petition against The Oxfordshire Brewery and Beers in July.
The case is due to be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice in London on September 9.
The latest available accounts for the firm, filed for the year ending September 30, 2024, show the company had creditors of £500,944, up from £350,783 the previous year.
Accounts filed at Companies House show the company owed £213,060 in taxation and social security liabilities, alongside £65,177 owed to trade creditors and £222,707 owed to other creditors.
