New independent owners have since taken over The Three Tuns in Market Place, Henley, after it closed earlier this year.
But the old company that ran the popular pub, Three Tuns Henley Ltd, was put into voluntary liquidation by Harry Dickson.
Joint liquidators Shane Biddlecombe and Sam Jones, of Southampton-based insolvency firm TruSolv, were instructed to wind down the company.

Their statement of affairs submitted to Companies House says there is an estimated total deficiency for the shareholder of £157,007.
Mr Dickson, 41, and of Stratford Upon Avon, is the sole shareholder and director of Three Tuns Henley Ltd.
