An event catering firm has entered liquidation through a creditors’ voluntary process.
Pembrokeshire-based RHL Catering Ltd, registered at The Willows in Brickhurst Park, Johnston, Haverfordwest, was wound up following a decision by company members.
A meeting held on September 8, 2025 resulted in the appointment of Gareth Stones from Stones & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, based in Swansea, as liquidator.
Mr Stones now holds responsibility for managing the company’s affairs and overseeing the orderly winding-up process, including handling assets and liabilities.
The company was registered under number 05636263 and operated in the event catering industry.
