Ord Minnett’s private capital clients and pre-IPO investment specialists Perennial Partners and Thorney Technologies are staring down steep losses after Queensland’s RedEarth Energy Storage ran out of steam.
The battery player, which was valued as high as $100 million four years ago and counts as board directors Kevin Rudd’s former son-in-law Albert Tse and stockbroker Hugh Robertson jnr, has appointed Brisbane’s B&T Advisory as the voluntary administrator.
