A 2018 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, Satapathy has been with Phoenix Legal for over past two years.
Satapathy’s areas of practice include banking and finance, debt capital markets and structured finance. He has advised a diverse clientele of Indian and foreign banks, financial institutions, investors, and companies. He has worked on a wide range of financing matters including cross border financing, commercial real estate financing, structured finance, securitisation, overseas direct investment facilities, project finance and acquisition financing.
