Plugin Alliance, with operations in the US and Langenfeld, Germany, says it is not part of Native Instruments’ insolvency filing.
Mo Volans, General Manager of Plugin Alliance and Brainworx, posted to the Plugin Alliance Audiophiles group on Facebook. This was a question a number of people asked yesterday — which corporate entities internationally that are part of Native Instruments would be impacted directly by the insolvency of the Berlin-based GmbH. From Mo’s social media post (and so not to be taken as a formal public statement):
As of today, Plugin Alliance entities are not part of the insolvency filing. Our operations in Langenfeld and the US remain outside these proceedings.
