Pembroke Motor Services Limited, known as PMS, has appointed liquidators in accordance with section 109 of the 1986 insolvency act.
The motor dealership, registered at Salutation Square, Haverfordwest, was listed in the London Gazette, the official public record, as appointing liquidators on August 28 2026. However, the listing was not published until 2.30pm on September 4.
The liquidation is listed as a creditors liquidation. This is a formal insolvency process used when a UK company cannot pay its debts and its directors decide to close it, appointing a licensed insolvency practitioner as liquidator.
