China Court Bakery, located on Garscube Road in Woodside, has appointed a liquidator and listed its Motherwell address on Companies House.
Our sister title, The Herald, reported that the business passed a resolution “that the company be wound up voluntarily” with debts paid in full.
Documents reveal that the liquidator is Stuart Robb, of Robb Advisory.
