Hughes Holiday Homes Ltd, whose registered address was Meliden Road, is in the process of being wound up.
Manchester-based Lucas Ross Ltd was appointed the company’s liquidator in January.
It was founded by Jamie Hughes in June 2011 – Mr Hughes declined to comment when asked by the Journal why the business has gone into liquidation.
Companies House data shows that Hughes Holiday Homes Ltd has two outstanding charges; both owed to Wrexham-based DBW Investments (14) Ltd.
A statement of affairs document published in January shows that the company has an estimated total deficiency of £2.5m.
