Congo Brands Australia Pty Ltd, the Australian distributor of Prime Hydration and Prime Energy, has entered voluntary administration, with Alice Fay Ruhe of The Ruhe Group appointed as voluntary administrator on 7 July.
According to a notice published by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the first meeting of creditors is scheduled to be held on 17 July.
Congo Brands Australia distributes the Prime range, co-founded by social media personalities Logan Paul and KSI, along with other Congo Brands products including Alani Nu and Lunchly.
