Australian fashion retailer Proud Poppy Clothing has entered voluntary administration.
According to a notice lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Proud Poppy Clothing Pty Ltd appointed Kathleen Vouris, Richard Albarran and Marcus Watters as administrators on August 5, 2026, under section 436A of the Corporations Act.
Proud Poppy founder and CEO Tara McKeon said the move did not mean the business was shutting down.
