Australian womenswear retailer Proud Poppy Clothing Pty Ltd has entered voluntary administration, with Kathleen Vouris, Richard Albarran and Marcus Watters of Hall Chadwick appointed joint and several administrators on 5 August 2026.
The retailer continues to trade through its online business and remaining stores while the administrators assess its financial position and restructuring options. A first meeting of creditors is scheduled for 17 August.
Proud Poppy has reduced its physical retail footprint in the lead-up to the administration. The company previously operated seven stores, but its website currently lists locations in Doreen, Victoria, and Gympie and Toowoomba in Queensland. Founder Tara McKeon said three regional stores…
