A pub boss has been reported to the Insolvency Service, liquidators have said in their latest report.
The Crown Inn Woodstock Ltd was put into voluntary liquidation in July last year.
It is believed the Grade 2-listed 18th century boutique hotel, bed and breakfast and restaurant in Woodstock with the same name remains open and trading.
Daniel Taylor, at the Manchester-based insolvency firm Fortis Insolvency, was instructed to wind down the company last summer.
Statement of affairs for the business submitted at the time revealed £200,571 worth of debt to three creditors.
