Ratcliff and Roper Limited is due to enter creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 12 November, with the brand continuing to operate under another connected company.
Christopher David Horner of Robson Scott Associates Ltd, trading as Business Rescue Expert, has been appointed as liquidator of the company by the printer’s board of directors. Horner told Printweek the business was closing after struggling with market competition, compounded by a dispute with a former director on their departure from the company.
