MWH Wine Merchants Ltd, registered to a trading address in Tidmarsh, has gone into liquidation.
The wine merchants were independent and award-winning, according to reporting from the Mirror newspaper.
However, official public records show that the business appointed liquidators on May 13.
Thomas Edward Guthrie and John William Rimmer, both of BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency, were appointed as joint liquidators.
MWH Wine Merchants Ltd is described as a wholesaler of wine, beer, spirits, and other alcoholic beverages.
The appointment of liquidators follows a general meeting of the company, also held on May 13, where a special resolution was passed deciding the business would be voluntarily wound up.
