Regen Central Ltd, which sold packages to destinations across Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East, lost its Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) on January 13, 2026.
It has since ceased trading with all future trips cancelled.
The London-based agency traded under several brands, including Regen Travels, One Haji and Umrah, and Oneworld Travels.
It specialised in flight and hotel deals to destinations such as Italy, Thailand and Bali, alongside a focus on pilgrimage trips.

Some customers may be left with no financial recourse after the collapse.
