California-based fund manager RRG Capital Management is looking to divest one of Australia’s largest contiguous table-grape vineyards, Manta Farms in Victoria’s Sunraysia region, as it accelerates a sell-down of its Australian horticultural properties.
The latest offering adds to two of its nut farms – almonds and macadamias – which are separately on the market already. As well, the US fund manager’s Talia Farms in South Australia’s Riverland region is also likely to be relisted for sale later this year after going into voluntary administration two months ago.
