A Moscow arbitration court has declared Kvant LLC — the legal entity behind the television-manufacturing Kvant group of companies — bankrupt, the Russian business daily Kommersant reported, citing court records.
A division of the DNS group filed the bankruptcy petition in June 2025, citing a debt of 654.6 million rubles. Twenty-four more creditors have since joined the case, including a division of Yandex, Alice Lab LLC.
Kvant’s plant in Voronezh was the only Russian manufacturer of domestically produced televisions listed in the registry of Russian radio-electronic products, which is maintained by the Industry and Trade Ministry.
