A liquidator has been appointed to a Scottish recycling company
The move comes after court action was taken against the Aberdeenshire company by His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
A petition was presented to Peterhead Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland for HMRC for the Vegetable Oil Company Limited to be wound up and a liquidator appointed.
David Meldrum, of BK Plus, has been appointed liquidator to the Fraserburgh-registered company.
