The Dundee-based company – REM Couriers Limited – presented a petition to Dundee Sheriff Court to appoint interim liquidators.
The Herald first reported that five people have been made redundant.
James Stephen and Simon Girling, of BDO, were appointed joint liquidators.

In a statement, they said: “James Stephen and Simon Girling were appointed joint liquidators of the company.
“The company had ceased trading several months prior to the joint liquidators’ appointment.
“There were five employees who had been made redundant by the company when trading ceased.
“This is an insolvent liquidation and the joint…
