The Tullibardine Smiddy Limited, based at Strathallan Airfield, passed a resolution earlier this month for the winding up voluntarily and “that George Lafferty, of Begbies Traynor, be appointed liquidator of the company”.
The business is described at Companies House as being involved in the repair of fabricated metal products, wholesale of agricultural machinery, equipment and supplies and other engineering activities.
