A Scottish company has appointed a liquidator following a “period of loss-making”.
The fashion and lifestyle company ceased trading after 12 years in operation.
Shona Campbell of Henderson Loggie was appointed liquidator of Dundee-based McGarry Fashion Limited.
A spokesperson for the liquidator said: “The company traded as an e‑commerce and consultancy business, providing services to lifestyle brands. It had been loss‑making for a period, and the director took the decision to cease trading some time prior to our appointment.
“There were no employees at the date of appointment.”
Companies House documents show the firm’s address has changed from Magdalen Yard Road to Henderson Loggie’s Dundee office.
