A Scottish carpet and flooring company has gone bust recently. It’s just the latest firm to collapse amidst the ongoing challenging retail environment.
The Floor Studio, which was located in Elgin, Moray, entered “compulsory liquidation” last week on May 5. A public notice on the Gazette shares that Stuart Robb of Robb Advisory was appointed as liquidator on April 29.
Founded in 2013, the retailer operated from a warehouse on Wards House, Wards Road. Listed as a carpet and flooring retailer, information on the Companies House website from 2024 show it employed 10 staff members, reports…
