Liquidators have been appointed to a Scottish plumbing and heating installation company.
The move follows a court action by His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs against the Dumbarton business.
Companies House documents showed Sprint Plumbing Scotland Limited, was the subject of a court winding up order lodged by HMRC at Dumbarton Sheriff Court.
The public record also shows Scott Bastick, of Edinburgh-based Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, was appointed of the firm involved in the business of “plumbing, heat and air-conditioning installation”.
The firm employed three people at the time of most recent accounts in 2024.
