A liquidator has been appointed to CCH Transport Limited following a successful petition from HMRC for the Larkhall-based company to be wound up.
The petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland for HMRC to order that CCH Transport Limited “be wound up and to appoint a liquidator”.
Shona Campbell, of Henderson Loggie, was appointed liquidator by HMRC with the freight transport firm ceasing trading prior to the appointment, according to The Herald.
