Murray and McGregor Stoves and Fireplaces Limited moved to be voluntarily wound up at a general meeting when it was also agreed that Robert Cooksey, of Bridgestones Limited, should be appointed liquidator.
The company reported net assets of £10,000 in 2025, down from £25,000 the year before. The firm had an average of four employees, according to its latest accounts, set against five in the prior period.
