Selby-based S&D Facilities Managed Ltd entered into a voluntary liquidation in August 7.
The business, which was incorporated in 2022, and based at The Old Maltings, Ousegate, appointed Wakefield-based DS Insolvency as administrator.
A financial report known as a statement of affairs says the business had no assets and no preferential creditors- those who are paid first.
