Singtel places Mauritius subsidiary Viridian into voluntary liquidation
Singtel has placed its Mauritius-incorporated subsidiary Viridian Limited into members’ voluntary liquidation, appointing Krishna Luvyraj Thacoor, ACA, as liquidator. The operator said the winding up of Viridian is not expected to have any material impact on its net tangible assets or earnings per share. Viridian has historically served as a corporate holding vehicle for managing the group’s equity holdings and investments, including its long-standing stake in Indian operator Bharti Airtel.
