The Herald reports that the Stirling -based Henderson Restaurant Group Limited, which previously operated a site under the name TJ’s Restaurant and Bar, voluntarily agreed to be wound up.
A public notice was placed under the signature of director Fraser Henderson which stated: “Notice is given that by written resolutions, the sole member of the company passed a special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily, and an ordinary resolution appointing the joint liquidators for the purposes of the winding-up.
“The requisite voting majority was received on March 31.”
Joint liquidators from Manchester-based Xeinadin Corporate Recovery Limited were appointed to the Henderson Restaurant Group Limited.
