Kardinal Independent Living, which had an address in Southdownview Road, Worthing, went into liquidation on July 31. Since then customers have come forward to share their experiences, claiming delays in delivery or that they had not received what they paid for at all.
Connor Hancorn, who was the managing director, said in a detailed social media post explaining the closure that “no affected customer is simply being left out of pocket with nowhere to turn”.
The statement goes on to say the company closed due to significant financial pressure after an unsuccessful take over in 2025.
