TRUST INVENTORY LTD, which operates from the Collar Factory in town, is currently subject to a winding-up order petition, a formal application which has been made to the court asking for it to be wound up and placed into compulsory liquidation.

If the court ultimately makes a winding-up order, control of the company passes to a liquidator and the directors’ powers effectively come to an end.
