Auckland company director Shaun Kearney has been declared bankrupt while multiple of his Terra Group businesses are in or facing liquidation.
Associate Judge Paul Cogswell adjudicated Kearney bankrupt in the High Court at Auckland on October 23.
Kearney did not attend the court proceedings.
