The former Macquarie banker behind the redevelopment of Sydney’s iconic Sirius building has spectacularly collapsed into bankruptcy owing investors including a swath of the city’s wealthiest families more than $122 million.
Jean-Dominique Huynh lived the high life, driving around in luxury cars and spending up on race horses, art and items from European fashion houses including Hermes and Chanel, according to the trustee of his estate.
