OJSC ‘Coin Nomad Exchange’ has announced the start of the voluntary liquidation process. The decision was taken by the company’s sole shareholder on 3 September 2026.
Claims from creditors will be accepted for one month from the date of publication of the announcement. Claims may be submitted to: Bishkek, 62/2 Manas Avenue, 5th floor, East Wing, or to the address specified in the company’s notice.
As a reminder, Coin Nomad Exchange was registered on 30 December 2024 as the first state-owned cryptocurrency exchange in Kyrgyzstan. The sole shareholder is the Ministry of Finance, and the company’s authorised capital stands at 100 million KGS.
