The Hi-Tech Gears Limited has announced a continuation of the interim stay on its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as per the directive from the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). This development follows an earlier order dated April 20, 2026, and the next hearing for the case has been rescheduled due to time constraints.
Initially, the hearing was set for August 17, 2026, but owing to a shortage of time, the NCLAT could not proceed with the matter. Consequently, a new hearing date has been appointed for September 25, 2026. The interim stay on the CIRP, which was initially sanctioned on September 3, 2024, remains effective until the next hearing.
The current proceedings are part of an ongoing legal case…
