The Lounge, based in Tenby, ceased trading after owners said it could no longer continue because of outstanding liabilities.
The business, which operated as The Lounge (Tenby) Limited from St Georges Street, entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation on October 31, 2025 following a general meeting of shareholders.
A special resolution passed at the meeting stated: “It has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same.”
This decision led to the voluntary winding up of the company and the formal appointment of a liquidator.
