The company has since been removed from the Companies Register owing creditors about $187,000.
Meanwhile, Scaffold Alchemy Limited director Marcus Kennerley was also given a six-year ban from managing a company for trading while under financial distress and leaving Inland Revenue unpaid.
A six-monthly liquidators’ report for the period to November 2025 said Kennerley had been uncooperative and refused to provide the location of the company’s assets.
