The Chamber of Dodecanese approved the solution, the commencement of liquidation and the appointment of liquidators of the Société Anonyme with the name “Thomas Hotel Anonyme Etaireia”, in accordance with a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
The Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry approved the dissolution of the companies:
- “Pheidian Tourist Hotel and Commercial S.A.”,
