The German tram manufacturer HeiterBlick has officially emerged from insolvency, following the competent courts’ approval of the conclusion of the insolvency proceedings.
The Leipzig-based company has announced that the restructuring process has been successfully completed and that it will focus its activities on business development and the achievement of strategic objectives alongside its new owner, the Polish company PESA Bydgoszcz.
Emerging from insolvency marks an important milestone for HeiterBlick, which is resuming operations on a strengthened financial and operational footing.
