Triangle Energy Suspended from ASX Following Voluntary Administration Appointment

Triangle Energy (Global) Limited (ASX: TEG) has been suspended from quotation on the Australian Securities Exchange effective immediately, following the appointment of voluntary administrators to the company. The ASX determined that the oil and gas exploration and production company’s financial condition no longer meets the criteria for continued quotation under Listing Rule 12.2. The suspension will remain in place until the company demonstrates compliance with ASX Listing Rules and achieves financial recovery.
