A notice regarding the company’s trading update was published on The Gazette yesterday (March 25), the UK’s oldest official public record that notes important legal, corporate, and personal insolvency notices.
It revealed that Sofa Point UK Ltd which has a nature of business described as “manufacture of furniture” appointed liquidators on March 19.
