Black Cow Technology Limited, which was based at Oxford Science Park, has gone into liquidation, with liquidators appointed on September 30.
The company was involved in online gambling entertainment and last year Max Francis, founder and CEO, announced a shift from software development to game development.

Mr Francis told European Gaming in 2025: “We truly believe that multiplayer is the future of online gambling entertainment, and with our own technology capable of building next-gen multiplayer experiences, we wanted to transition into a content-led business and release some innovative games of our own.”
