A British TV manufacturer has filed for administration after 16 years in business. The LED Studio Ltd appointed insolvency firm Opus Restructuring LLP to act on behalf of the business on April 20, as filed on the public record The Gazette today.
Operating from Hampshire International Business Park in Basingstoke, the UK-owned manufacturer created extra-large LED screens for commercial projects, including in retail spaces, stadiums, and public areas. According to its website, after being founded in 2010 by Robert Bint, LED Studio emerged as a global LED brand by 2019, “known as the industry’s best-kept secret”.
