A UK haulage company has appointed liquidators, with a family-run business looking set to close its doors for the final time. Roger Petch Transport Limited, a haulage company based in Yorkshire, appointed administrators back on April 9.
The liquidation report and the Resolution for Winding Up notice were published in the London Gazette in the early hours of April 16. The report published in the London Gazette confirms Michael Jenkins has been appointed as the liquidator, with the company set to “be wound up voluntarily”.
