A UK housing company has plunged into liquidation after four years in business.
Pearcroft Homes claimed to be the UK’s leading net zero housing developer, specialising in building luxury carbon-neutral homes.
However, after just four years, liquidators were appointed on September 8.
The company stated it was ‘on a mission to build a positive and sustainable legacy for future generations’.
The winding-up process reportedly began in April 2023, when Wolseley UK, a plumbing and heating supplier, submitted a petition to wind up the company.
