Kenya, 3 August 2026 – Creditors of United Insurance Company Limited (in liquidation) have been encouraged to submit their Proof of Debt forms by August 21 to participate in the company’s creditors’ meeting scheduled for next month.
In a notice, Kamal Anantroy Bhatt, the liquidator of United Insurance Company Limited (in liquidation) and a partner at Anant Bhatt LLP, confirmed that the creditors’ meeting will be held on 11 September 2026 at KICC from 10:00 am.
The meeting has been convened under the provisions of the Insolvency Act, Chapter 53 of the Laws of Kenya, and is in line with orders issued by the High Court on 28 July 2026.
