Vorushylyn: Deadbeats should be exposed publicly; nation should hire asset-recovery prosecutors – Kyiv Post

State-financed Deposit Guarantee Fund head Kostyantyn Vorushylyn told the Kyiv Post on June 21 that he wants a public registry of those responsible for unpaid loans.
