MW Utilities (North West) Ltd, which was incorporated in September 2020, has formally entered liquidation, according to records filed with both Companies House and The Gazette.
The company, had debts owing a total of £734,000, a published statement of affairs shows.
The business specialised in the construction of civil engineering projects. Its website states it specialised in delivering road construction solutions and utilities services across a range sectors.
Companies House records show the firm’s status has been updated to “Liquidation” after the winding up process began last month.
