Ishfaq Hussain pleaded guilty to fraudulently transferring company property
A Bradford property developer who transferred land to a company in his wife’s name to dodge debts has been banned from acting as a director for four years.
Ishfaq Hussain, 54, of Sunbridge Road, Bradford, pleaded guilty earlier this year to fraudulently transferring company assets under the Insolvency Act 1986.
