An affordable jewellery chain has collapsed into administration but is continuing to trade while the company is assessed for a potential sale.
Kate Warwick, Kelly Trenfield, and John Park of FTI Consulting have been appointed joint and several administrators of Secrets Shhh, which is owned by Secrets International.
Secrets sells lab-grown diamonds and simulated alternatives online and in 23 stores around the country.
“The business is trading as usual as much as possible while the administrators undertake an urgent assessment of the company’s operations, and have commenced a sales process and/or recapitalisation of the group,” Park said.

TEHRAN: Gunmen killed three members of the Revolutionary Guard in Iran’s southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchistan near the Pakistan border, state media reported.
The Guard members were ambushed while patrolling near the city of Lar in a mountainous area about 1,125 kilometers (700 miles) southeast of the capital Tehran, the official IRNA news agency reported.
IRNA did not report whether any Guard members were injured in the attack.
The Revolutionary Guard is pursing the attackers it calls “terrorists,” but they remain at large. No group has taken responsibility for the attack, IRNA reported.

From 2014 to 2019, Maria Yañez accrued nearly $18,000 in medical debt from hospital and clinic visits that still haunt her to this day. She got bronchitis and then asthma, and was uninsured.
